Welcome to La Prima! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://laprima.shop ("Site") and the purchase of any products through it. The Site is operated by Moor Ventures (CommV), registered in Belgium under BE 0757.827.148, with offices at Stijfselrui 47/5, 2000 Antwerpen ("La Prima", "we", "our", or "us").

We strive to present our products accurately; however, colors and packaging may vary by device. We do not guarantee that your monitor's display will be accurate. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the sale of any product or service at our sole discretion.
3. ORDERS
All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the provided contact information. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR and include Belgian VAT unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in your country. We use Shopify's secure checkout for all payments. By purchasing, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all details are correct.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship internationally through logistics providers such as Zendrop. Delivery times are estimated between 7–21 business days and may vary due to customs, location, or third-party delays. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our skincare products, we only accept returns of sealed, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Opened or used products are non-refundable. 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, product names, and design, is owned by La Prima or its licensors and is protected under Belgian, EU, and international laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without prior written consent.

The Site may include links or access to third-party websites and tools (e.g. social platforms, marketing partners, logistics partners). We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use at your own discretion.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
La Prima is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products. Your transactions are with La Prima, not Shopify. Shopify is not liable for any disputes between you and La Prima.
10. FEEDBACK
By submitting suggestions, ideas, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it for any purpose. We reserve the right to moderate or remove any Feedback.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted under Belgian law, La Prima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.
