We hope you love your La Prima products as much as we do. However, due to the nature of skincare and hygiene-sensitive items, we have a strict return and refund policy to ensure the safety and integrity of every order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, sealed packaging

The box must be unopened, unused, and free from any damage

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

You must provide a photo of the package (unopened and sealed) and your order number
Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Products not in original condition or packaging

Free gifts or promotional items

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

Include photos of the unopened package, the shipping label, and the product received

If the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate
All claims are reviewed case by case, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the stated conditions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Order Cancellations
Due to our fast processing and fulfilment through Zendrop, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
